Within the project “Capacity Building of the Institute for Intellectual Property through the Establishment of Information-Educational Centers of the Institute”, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it has been organized the study tour to Turkey for the Institute staff.

Study tour program to Turkey has been prepared in order to enable participants analyze main IPR and information/awareness services of Turkish Patent Institute and services provided by 2 PATLIB Centers (one located in technical university and other is in chamber of industry) for different types of IPR clients. TPE represents a good example on patent information services and presents a proactive approach compared to many national IP Offices in Europa, regarding the IP information and awareness projects. Besides, cooperating more than 80 PATLIB Centres in the Country, TPE manages an important amount of information-awareness workload in the latest years.

The study tour took place in Ankara and Istanbul, Turkey, from 7^th till 11^th September 2015
