The Project “Support Human Capital Development” brings about major changes in primary education. We are introducing smart boards in schools, which will enable connecting thematic units in various subjects. This initiative is implemented in 164 experimental schools.

We live in an ever-changing world where lifelong learning is a key premise, and thus we need to teach schoolchildren to learn how to manage their own learning and development. This project allows for changes in the educational system which  facilitate creativity and independent work of both teachers and students, while content will gradually become less important and we will shift our focus to the learning outcomes of the educational process.
