Internship Program

Every year, ECG implements an internship program for young graduates willing to pursue career in the public sector consulting, making their contribution for the EU accession of the countries of the Western Balkans.

We are on the lookout for young and talented individuals to join our dynamic team of professionals in our Belgrade offices.

Our six-month internship program is offered to recent University graduates (preferably without work experience), who will have an opportunity to help us manage projects funded by the European Union while providing versatile assistance to our project teams.

The internship involves performing various administrative, research and project tasks under the supervision of an assigned mentor within ECG’s project teams. The interns typically work 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday or according to current project needs. The program will help you acquire substantial knowledge of EU-funded projects and offer insight into standard business operations.

Your Profile:

  • Graduates from Schools of Law, Political Science, Economics or Management, with little or no work experience;
  • Interest in business of public sector consultancy;
  • Proficiency in English language (C1 level desired – to be tested at the interview);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Team work, desire to learn and positive disposition;
  • IT skills (Office, Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Critical thinking, curiosity, flexibility, analytical spirit, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills.

Your motivational letter should include a clear statement on how you fit into the intern profile as described above. Letters of recommendation are also welcomed, including those from academic supervisors from the respective University, as well as any research you have conducted previously or other relevant experiences/papers.

The start of the internship programme is end of summer/fall 2021.
