European Consulting Group is the international company incorporated in Belgrade. We are the most successful Europe Aid contractor in the region of Western Balkans, implementing with success, since the year 2001, EU and other donor funded technical assistance advisory projects (public sector consulting).

In accordance with our CSR concept and for the sixth consecutive year we are implementing an Internship program for young graduates willing to pursue career in the public sector consulting, making their contribution for the EU accession of the countries of the Western Balkans.

We are on the lookout for young and talented individuals to join our dynamic team of professionals in our Belgrade offices.

Our six-month internship programme is offered to recent University graduates, preferably without work experience, who will have the opportunity to help us manage projects funded by the European Union implemented in the region, and provide versatile assistance to the project teams.

The internship involves performing various administrative, research and project activities under the supervision of an assigned mentor and within a project team. Normally the internship programme lasts from Monday to Friday with 4 to 6 hours of work a day, or according to current project needs. The program will help you acquire substantial knowledge of the project-approach to EU integration, as well as offer insight into standard business operations.

Your Profile:
• Graduated student from schools of Economics or Management, with little or no work experience;
• Proficiency in English language (C1 level desired – to be tested at the interview);
• Excellent communication skills and positive disposition;
• Team work;
• IT skills;
• Curiosity, flexibility, analitical spirit, proactive approach in the given tasks and solving practical problems.
