Following a comprehensive re certification audit in mid-December 2013, TUV Rhineland (certification body) notified European Consulting Group that all the requirements imposed by ISO 9001:2008 Standard were successfully met, awarding us a certificate renewal – Certificate Register. No. 01 100 1334596, valid until  January 2017.

ISO 9001:2008 Standard sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is implemented by over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries. The standard is based on a number of Quality Management Principles including a strong customer focus, motivation and dedication of top management, process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2008 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

This Audit verifies that installed quality management system is functioning well and growing. Building up from previous experiences, ECG management has made a decision to proceed with introduction of ISO 27001 Standard that regulates safety of information during 2014.
