ТHE PROJECT PRESENTED ITS WORK AT THE ANNUAL WORKING MEETING OF THE COMMISSARIAT FOR REFUGEES AND MIGRATION

The Project for Promotion and Protection of Property Rights of Internally Displaced People, Refugees and Returnees Upon Readmission Agreements attended the 12th Annual Meeting of city and municipal trustees, organized by the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration from 27/02-01/03/2017 in Novi Sad. Zoran Popovic, Senior Legal Expert, presented to the trustees and other attendees the Office for Free Legal Aid and invited the trustees to support the project’s plan for mobile teams, that will visit the municipalities with the highest number of affected people and present the Office for Free Legal Aid, inform them on their rights and offer free legal advice. The proposal for mobile teams, as well as the presentation of Free Legal Aid, met really positive reactions and to the project’s great pleasure, a significant support of the trustees.
