Overall objective
Protection and exercise of human and property rights of refugees, IDPs and returnees under the readmission agreement

Purpose
Access to legal aid, assistance and dissemination of information necessary for ensuring the protection and exercising of rights of IDPs, refugees from the wars of the 1990s and returnees under Readmission Agreements improved.

Results to be achieved by the Contractor

Result 1 – Legal aid and assistance necessary for improving the access of IDPs, refugees and people from readmission to property rights, health, education, employment, social welfare and protection of human rights is provided in accordance with the highest professional standards
Result 2 – Information relevant for exercising the rights of IDPs, refugees and people from readmission is disseminated in an accurate and timely fashion in all areas where the target groups reside
