Project description

The general objective of this assignment is to make the Strategic Organisational Plan and to assist the City and GSP with implementation of a Strategic Organisational Plan for GSP.

The specific objectives of the assignment are to accomplish a restructuring of GSP that results in the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the company, so that it can raise its competitiveness and increase its share in the public transport market at the territory of the City of Belgrade.
