Project description: The overall objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovation of start-up companies.

The purpose of this Project is to improve capacities of business incubators to provide high value added services to start-ups.

Position: Key expert 2: BIs development expert

Key expert 2 will be mainly responsible for the activities related to Activity 1 – The Study on current situation of BIs in the Republic of Serbia and Activity 3 – Upgrading capacities of relevant stakeholders for establishing and managing new BIs. Minimum required input from the expert should not be lower than 300 and higher than 400 working days, out of which, a minimum of 95% of working days will be utilized in the beneficiary country, actively working with the staff of the Beneficiary Institution. Key expert 2 must be fluent in English language (both written and spoken) and computer literate.

Qualification and skills

• Level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least 3 years in the field of business, economy and/or management and similar;

General professional experience

• At least 8, preferably 10, years of professional experience in the field of provision of business development services to enterprises;

Specific professional experience

• At least 5, preferably 7 years of professional experience in the field of BIs development;
• At least 2 years of professional (practical) experience in BI’s operation, would be considered as an asset/advantage;
