Project description:

The overall objective of this project is to create a more effective labour market in BiH.

The purpose of this contract is to strengthen the capacity of the labour market institutions by improving labour market research methodology.

Results to be achieved by the contractor:

1. System for monitoring and evaluation of labour market needs operational;
2. Assessment of the existing active labour market measures effectiveness with a comparative view conducted;
3. Trained staff of labour market institutions to implement more effectively active labour market measures focused on cooperation with employers and service delivery;
4. Improved information exchange about supply and demand of labour in line with international standards.

Position: Key expert 3 – Specialist in Capacity Building (minimum 250 working days)

Specialist in Capacity Building will be responsible for capacity building of public employment services staff and improvement of information exchange on job vacancies.

Qualification and skills

• University degree or postgraduate degree.

General professional experience

• Minimum of 4 years and preferably 8 years of professional experience m capacity building.

Specific professional experience

• At least two proven experiences in working with capacity building in the employment sector;
• At least one proven experience in working with information exchange in the field of labour market is considered a strong advantage;
• Knowledge of one oftl1e official languages in BiH is considered an advantage.
