Start date: 05.09.2012. – End date: 30.09.2014.
The overall objective of the project is to improve the impact of Serbian employment policy, by implementing forecasting, monitoring and evaluation in the design and implementation of active labour market policies. This project also has the task to adjust National Classification of Occupations to ISCO 08 standards by adjusting descriptions of remaining more than 2,400 occupations.
Component 1: Strengthening the capacity of the National Employment Service and the Employment department within the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, for maintaining a system for monitoring and evaluation of active labour market programmes (ALMPs) and forecasting of labour market trends, which have to be built on the system established under the IPA 2008 project ‘Forecasting and NES data management’;
Component 2: Adjusting National Classification of Occupations to ISCO 08 standards
The main target groups are staff of the NES and Employment department of the MoERD, as well as Other relevant social partners and stakeholders dealing with employment issues and employers and various clients of NES.
The Project is funded by the European Union and implemented from September 2012 until September 2014, by ECG in Consortium with EPRD, Pôle Emploi and FREN.
