The Public hearing related to the Draft Law on Services took place on November 20, 2015 in Belgrade, in the premises of Serbian Chamber of Commerce within the project Stregthening the Services Sector, implemented by European Consulting Group.

Ms. Vesna Kovac, State Secretary in The Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunication, Introduced the work that has been done jointly by the “Strengthening Services Sector” project team and the Working Group from the MTTT.

Ms. Marija Karanikic-Miri, key expert 2 on the Project, held a brief presentation and spoke about basic requirements and contents of the Directive 2006/123/EC, as well as the Draft Law on Services which entered the process of public hearings from November 13th.
