ECG has recently been awarded our first project in Croatia “Hospital Master Planning” in Consortium with Conseil Santé and Sofreco from France. The project team will work closely with all concerned stakeholder for the duration of the project (six months), in order to achieve the final result, which is to develop a new Hospital Masterplan for Croatia.

This project will consider  secondary and tertiary key elements in the overall health care delivery, and current generic health policy and strategy, to put emphasis on public health, health promotion, health education and wider government policies such as environment, housing , food safety, etc. in improving general population health.

“Strengthening of the Blood Safety System” in Macedonia is a new challenge for ECG on a new market. This project, won in consortium with the Institute for Blood Transfusion of Serbia and EPOS Health Management, will be implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Health in Macedonia, and specifically deal with achieving high blood self-sufficiency and safety status. Objective of the project is to provide quality, efficient and continuous health care to the population of Macedonia through providing safety of blood and blood components, as well as through protecting the population from communicable diseases.
