Project description: The project aims to support the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development in the process of preparing, piloting and implementing final examination in secondary education (matura and final exam in secondary vocational education).

Position: Key expert 3: Expert for design and delivery of training programmes (minimum 450 working days)

Key Expert 3 will be mainly responsible for design and coordination of delivery of training programs aimed at preparing, piloting and implementing final examinations in secondary education. Number of working days for period of 36 months is 450, or 150 per year.

Qualification and skills

• A bachelor’s degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) in education or similar. Master/Phd in a field relevant for this contract is an advantage.

General professional experience

• Preferably 15 years but minimum 10 years of professional experience in the field of education and training;

Specific professional experience

• Preferably 5 but minimum 3 years of experience in design, delivery and/or evaluation of professional development trainings in the human resource and social development sector.
