Project description: The overall objective of the project is to produce human resources in line with labour market needs in BiH. 

This project has two purposes:

1. Increase relevance of education for labour market through carrier guidance development and quality of qualifications in VET and higher education
2. Enhance capacity of human resources at all levels of education

Results to be achieved by the contractor:

1. Life long Learning career guidance strategies developed in line with EU lifelong career guidance (LCG) at the level of responsible authorities
2. Qualifications and standards for higher education further developed
3. New study programmes for initial teacher training based on learning outcomes in line with relevant occupational and qualification standards developed
4. Human capacity in education sector strengthened

Position: Key expert 2 – Transition from education to employment expert (Minimum 380 working days over 30 months)

Qualification and skills

• University or postgraduate degree, or as equivalent 5 years of general experience in addition to minimum required below.

General professional experience

• Preferably 7 years, but a minimum of 5 years of experience in development of cooperation between education and employment.

Specific professional experience

• Preferably 5 but minimum 3 years of experience in advising in career development and/or development of career guidance strategies;
• Experience in developing employer/provider partnerships would be and advantage;
• Experience in entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial learning would be a strong advantage.
