Project description

The overall objective of the project of which this contract is part of is to support the  modernization of the Serbian Tax Administration (STA) by establishing efficient  IT system aligned with the EU requirements for management of human resources and subsequent training of users in its use and maintenance.

The purpose of the project is to implement an efficient and modern IT support system that meets the EU standards and at the same time strengthens the institutional capacities in the area of human resources management.

The project purpose will be achieved through following components:

• Overview and Analysis of the state of play of the parameters relevant for the mechanisms of HRM within the STA;
• Installed and operational software for personnel records;
• Installed and operational software for file rooms;
• Completed compatibility checks and integration of the designed or produced modules of the new HRM system with the existing IT system of the STA;
• Train the officers of the STA human and material resource Department for the usage and maintenance of the integrated system;
• Support to business change management.

The Project is funded by the European Union and implemented from August 2013 until May 2015, by ECG in Consortium with Human Dynamics, DMI, TeamNet, and Assec.
